Delete your FactoryCall data
FactoryCall users receive their work account through their company or organisation. The Android app does not provide self-service account registration.
If you would like to request deletion of personal data associated with your FactoryCall account, you can submit a deletion request using the contact method below.

Use the official FactoryCall contact address. Include your company name and account email so the request can be reviewed safely.

Depending on the account and company configuration, a request may cover user profile information, authentication/account association, device notification tokens associated with the user, chat messages or other personal content where deletion is technically and legally applicable, and personal identifiers associated with operational records.
Data that may be retained
Some operational, security, billing, audit or legally required records may need to be retained where necessary for legitimate business, security, fraud-prevention, contractual or legal obligations. Where possible, personal identifiers should be deleted, anonymised or separated from retained operational records.
How the request is handled
- Send a deletion request using the contact button.
- Provide the FactoryCall account email and company name.
- FactoryCall may verify the request to protect company and user data.
- The request will be reviewed and applicable personal data will be deleted or anonymised.
- If some information must be retained, the user will be informed where appropriate.
